It is with great pride and joy that I celebrate the incredible achievements of Paula Medforth, a student who has become not just a success story but a living example of what it means to overcome life’s challenges. Paula has recently launched her own business, PersonaForte Ltd, marking a profound milestone in a journey that has been nothing short of inspiring. And I know this is just the beginning for her.
Paula’s journey with The Clarity Circle started two years ago, but our connection goes much deeper. She knew my story—she saw how I transformed my life from being a broken single mother of four, with two young children under the age of two, to building a successful portfolio of businesses while also working as a Business and Life Strategist. Paula witnessed the struggles I endured, the battles I fought, and the resilience I cultivated to create a life of purpose and fulfilment.
This shared understanding of life's challenges and perseverance is what drew Paula to The Clarity Circle. When she joined my free training series, she brought with her a genuine desire to change her life, coupled with a deep empathy and understanding of the journey she was about to embark on. She knew transformation was possible because she had seen it in me.
From the very beginning, Paula was all in. She approached the training with a level of dedication and commitment that was truly remarkable. She didn’t just focus on her own growth—she became a source of support and encouragement for others in the program, lifting up her peers and helping them push through their own challenges.

The past two years haven’t been easy. Paula faced the revelation of an ADHD diagnosis and the physical and emotional challenges of peri-menopause. But she tackled these hurdles with the same strength and determination that had brought her this far. Instead of letting them hold her back, she used them as fuel to drive her forward, turning obstacles into stepping stones.
And now, with the launch of PersonaForte Ltd, Paula stands tall as the Managing Director of her own company—a title she has earned through relentless effort and unwavering belief in herself. Her business reflects who she is: resilient, compassionate, and deeply committed to helping others find their own strength and purpose.
Paula is also stepping into the role of a motivational speaker, ready to share her story with the world. Her journey will undoubtedly inspire countless others to believe in themselves and pursue the life they desire.
