Refund Policy
The Clarity Circle Ltd Refund Policy for Distance Learning/Self Study Courses:
Goods relating to purchases by Credit/Debit Card or Cheque/Cash -
Standard 14 days cooling off and cancellation policy after making the payment for the course.
Cancellation must be made in writing by letter.
When doing so the Customer should state his/her name, address, course name and the reason for cancellation. A refund will be issued by cheque following the above protocol.
Where an online course has been purchased and the password and login details emailed over to the customer, we regret that no refunds can be made if the course has been subsequently opened and accessed.
